Attendance

All courses require 100% attendance. Please check the dates and times of your course and ensure you are able to attend fully prior to booking.  All courses have a review/consolidation time component built in, which means that accommodation can be made for minor one-off absences (e.g. arriving late or needing to leave early) however, more significant absences may not be recoverable during the course and in all instances the minimum number of contact hours must be met in order to validate the award.

We expect an appropriate standard of conduct, dress, language and manner from all course participants. Participants are expected to participate fully and resect the views and opinions of others present.  Participants whose conduct language or manner caused distress to others and/or disrupts the course may, at the discretion of the trainer, be asked to leave. No refund will be made in these circumstances.
